Comptroller congratulates Calvert Hall's baseball team

Comptroller Franchot congratulates the Calvert Hall High School baseball team and head coach Lou Eckerl for capturing their first Maryland Interscholastic Athletic Association 'A' conference championship title in six years, and presented them with a proclamation honoring the triumph.
