Investigation underway for two Harford County teachers, community fights to keep them in Bel Air

A personnel investigation continues for two Harford County teachers/drama directors. The School Board wouldn't say why but did say when they return, it will be at different schools, not Bel Air High School. Something parents and students are not happy about.
