Mexican president visits Tijuana hours after tariff deal with U.S.

Mexico's president, Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador, spoke at a unity rally on Saturday evening, just hours after coming to an agreement with the U.S. avoiding tariffs on Mexican goods.
