Right from the get-go, Salley copped an attitude.

"What's wrong?" Carver politely asked after explaining that her tail lights were off.

"YOU!" she replied as she fumbled with her phone, which she claimed was malfunctioning. "I don't feel like being pulled over right now."

"You're the one driving without tail rights now right," the officer replies.

"Well, you're the one pulling me over right now."
