Info from Licensor: "This is our little Dog Cecil, a Papillon/Dachshund mix. While giving him treats for doing various tricks. I offered for him to take a bite but instead, he decided to throw a hilarious little fit because he wanted me to break off a smaller piece for him, resulting in a full zoomie fit."
