Battle of the beer titles: Detroit microbrewery sues Blake's Hard Cider for trademark

Traffic Jam & Snug is one of Detroit’s oldest microbreweries, which opened in 1965. The owners who bought it 20 years ago started selling canned beer titled Traffic Jam in 2014. Then last month, Blake’s Farm, located in northern Macomb County, started selling Traffic Jam Hard Cider.
