Police looking for man who shot at officers

Residents need to “be vigilant” as authorities search for a man who shot at police officers near the Speedway on Dixie Highway during a traffic stop Thursday morning, Det. Kyle Thornberry said. A shelter-in-place had been in effect, but police lifted the notice just before noon.
