Tim Travers Hawkins's documentary “XY Chelsea" premiered at the 2019 Tribeca Film Festival in May and airs Friday on Showtime. According to HuffPost, the film features a compilation of interviews and behind-the-scenes footage of former Army intelligence analyst and whistleblower Chelsea Manning. Manning, who identifies as transgender, was jailed for about seven years for leaking more than 750,000 classified diplomatic documents to WikiLeaks.
