"Here he's having an extraordinary trip overseas, and the Senate Republicans are basically talking about joining Democrats to override a veto," Rollins said.

"The bottom line is this president has to be able to stand tough with Mexico as he’s been doing -- and all of a sudden you have a message coming out that’s saying we may not support the president’s tariff programs. That, to me, is the beginning of the end if they don’t do that."
