Comicbook.com reports Punky Brewster is making a comeback.
The hit TV sitcom of the 1980s is being revived by Universal Content Productions.
The Hollywood Reporter says original star Soleil Moon Frye is set to reprise her role as the titular character.
The new take will see Frye as a single mother of three who meets a girl who reminds her of her younger self.
The original Punky Brewster ran on NBC from 1984 to 1988.
