Sizzling Pusit - Squid

Ingredients:

4 pcs medium sized Squid
1 small red and green bell pepper ( cut into small square)
1 green chilli (Siling panigang) small cut
3pcs garlic clove (minced)
1 small onion. (Thinly slice)
1pack Oyster sauce (70grams) Datu puti Oysterrific
1/2 TBSP sugar
1/2 tsp of salt and ground black pepper.
1TBSP cooking oil

PROCEDURE:

1. Cut all vegetables and squid. For the squid separate the head, fins from the mantle or body. Cut the mantle into square / rectangle 1x1 or 1x2 inches its up to you. 😁

2. Saute garlic, onion and squid.

3. Add salt, pepper, and green chili.

4. Then add oyster sauce and mix well.

5. Add sugar, red and green bell pepper.

6. Put your sizzling plate to the stove to make it hot for 5mins.

* if you dont have sizzling plate, just like me. You can use rice pot cover place it on cooking pot stand.

7. Transfer or pour sauteed squid to hot sizzling plate.

8. Enjoy your sizzling pusit..Serve it hot.
