MTS could create "Bus-Only" lanes for popular route on El Cajon Boulevard

A proposal in front of the City Council would create 2.7 miles of "Bus-Only" lanes to a popular MTS route along El Cajon Boulevard. The pilot project would test if dedicated lanes would make the trip fast enough to entice commuters to use the bus instead of their cars.
