Watch two gliders perform two loop-de-loops

The video shows two Grob109Bs complete the manoeuvre in the Lake District - but thanks to 'revolutionary' technology, the horizon stays still as the planes rotate.

Using a Garmin VIRB 360 action camera, clipped to a wingtip, the video filmed a daytime rehearsal for an evening display at the Keswick Mountain Festival on 18 May.

Whereas in these situations the plane becomes the fixed point for the camera, the new gadget allows for the horizon to become the point of focus in the editing process.
