St. Pete Police warn community about dangerous 'toe tagging'

It’s called toe tagging and it’s an activity St. Petersburg Police say is putting teenagers in danger. Officers say the teens go to city streets and race in a single file line trying to make it to the front of the pack. Sometimes, officers say, the teens crash into one another— even head on!
