After being a judge on NBC's The Voice for 16 seasons, Adam Levine is saying goodbye.
On Friday, the Maroon 5 frontman announced that he would be leaving the U.S. show on Instagram.
He thanked everyone for his experience— from producer Mark Burnett, and NBC, to his fellow coaches and talent.
Adam talked about feelings after the first day of shooting The Voice.
He wrote "I said to myself 'there's some magic here. Something is definitely happening. It went on to be a life-shaping experience that will be close to my heart forever."
People Magazine reports that Levine was unhappy about some of the new changes made to the format of the show.
Channel24 reports that Gwen Stefani, John Legend, Kelly Clarkson and Blake Shelton will all return for season 17 of The Voice US.
