During an appearance at the Cannes Film Festival, action movie superstar Sylvester Stallone told cinemagoers that he never expected to make it in the film industry. According to Reuters, Stallone said he thought he'd never make it because of an accident at birth that caused him to slur his words, which turned out to be one of his most celebrated trademarks. Stallone said, “When I would try to get jobs in commercials, the director would go, ‘What are you saying, what language is that?’"
