19-Year-Old Logan Hetherington arrested in hit and run death of Layla Aiken

Cape Coral Police say Logan Hetherington, 19, has been arrested and is responsible for the death of Layla. An investigation revealed Hetherington was on his way into work when he fatally hit Layla.
