Acting on a tip, the St. Lucie County Sheriff's Office arrested a man who was practicing dentistry without a license. They say the tip led them to DTS Dental Technology in the 1600 block of St. Lucie West Blvd., which resulted in the arrest of 52-year-old Jose Espinoza-Aleman.
