Study shows Millennials seek meaning over money from jobs

A new study by the San Diego Chamber of Commerce says that Millennials want a sense of purpose from their career, and not finding it is the main reason they leave jobs. The Chamber says employers need to understand this as they seek to attract and retain the largest segment of the workforce.
