Info from Licensor: "So I am an EMT and we were driving back to our home post when I turned onto the road features I saw something that looked weird so I stopped and realized it was an animal with a bag stuck on its head. So I cautiously went up to him and once I started talking to the animal he calmed down and just sat there as if he knew I was there to help him. As soon as the bag was removed he ran off to his home in the woods."
