Family and friends mourn man killed in Pleasant Prairie

Khaled M. Alchaar, 19, of Pleasant Prairie has been identified as the victim of a shooting at Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen on Monday night, according to the Pleasant Prairie Police Department.
