According to Reuters, the top markets on Wall Street are down about half a percent heading into the afternoon.
On May 22nd, the top three markets on the New York Stock Exchange fell about 1-percent together during morning trading.
But losses continued into the afternoon.
On the day, the Dow Jones Industrial Average dropped four-tenths of a percent, losing about 102-points.
The Nasdaq Composite also fell about four-tenths of a percent for 35-points of losses.
