Flooding In Montreal & Surrounding Area Has Locals Banding Together

As flood water rises across Quebec, over 3000 people have been affected by it.
Montreal’s West Island, Ile-Bizard, and Ile-Mercier are also facing down Mother Nature.
The army as even been deployed in several areas to help locals with the situation.
Alex takes a boat ride around some of the worst places hit by the flood, talking to locals to get an idea of how bad the situation really is.
With a week of rain projected to add on to the already staggeringly high water levels, the next seven days are going to be very long for these communities.
