MSP: Deadly crashes dropped in 2018

A bipartisan plan just introduced on capitol hill is aimed at curbing the use of tobacco products and e-cigarettes among teens. New bill would raise the age to purchase tobacco products. New data from Michigan State Police shows the number of people killed in accidents went down in 2018 compared to 2017.
