Honoring fallen BPD officer with country music festival

Saturday is the 4th annual Boots and Brew 4 Country Music Festival. The event is to honor BPD officer David Nelson who died on duty in 2015. Proceeds from the event will go towards scholarships for Bakersfield High School District and BPD explorer programs.
