According to Reuters, the top markets on Wall Street gained almost 1-percent on the day, extending a streak of gains for a third trading session.
On May 16th, the Dow Jones Industrial Average added eight-tenths of a percent, gaining 214-points and rising to 25,862.
The Nasdaq Composite and the S&P 500 rose about nine-tenths of a percent.
On the day Nasdaq added about 76-points, while the S&P tacked on 25-points.
