Chris Rock Is Rebooting The ‘Saw’ Franchise

Chris Rock has his eye set on rebooting the “Saw” franchise.
Yes, the “Saw” franchise that spawned seven films from 2004 to 2017 and launched the directorial career of James Wan.
According to Uproxx, both Rock and Lionsgate will resurrect the franchise by October 2020.
Rock created the story for the first film, which he will also executive produce.
Original creators James Wan and Leigh Whannell are on board as producers.
