ACLU, Planned Parenthood Will Challenge Ohio Anti-Abortion Bill Unlisted Video

On Wednesday, the ACLU and Planned Parenthood said they have filed a lawsuit challenging an abortion Ohio law.
The groups say the bill could ban abortion as early as six weeks into a woman’s pregnancy.
The law was passed by the Republican-controlled state legislature in April.
It bans abortions if doctors can detect a heartbeat, which can occur as early as six weeks into pregnancy.
