Police seek suspect in fatal West End shooting

A missing bicycle may hold a clue in a fatal shooting in the West End Tuesday morning. A shooter riding a black bicycle killed a man in his 20s near Linn and Clark Streets just before 11 a.m., Lt. Steve Saunders said. The suspect left the bike at the scene and fled on foot, but the bike was taken away.
