This is the moment a man sheltering from a storm was hoisted into the air by the wind. The man was holding on to a support attached to a tin roof when the shelter was blown up by the wind - taking him with it. The video shows him dangling in the air, hanging on to the pole, before he lets go and falls to the ground, before running away. One local said: "The storm winds were so high that within a moment, the tin roof was blown up along with the support which the man held for his safety.
