Vehicle gets dinged by careless Uber passenger

This guy was driving around a parked car (no hazards on) as the other car in front of him did. The front Uber passenger didn't look before opening her door, and just opened it into his rear driver side door. She tried saying it's his fault and yelled at him. Doesn't make sense as it's not his prerogative to look for a door that is swinging into the rear of his car. He had to look in the mirror to see what happened. She didn't know that he'd have clear footage of the accident thanks to Sentry Mode. Reported the accident, passenger left, driver stayed, but would not disclose passenger information. He let the Collision Center know this.
