Lawsuit alleges TurboTax tricked taxpayers Unlisted Video

TurboTax, the nation's number one tax prep software, is facing another lawsuit. Fresh off of recent allegations that the online tax preparation company lied to its customers about its free filing program, a new class action lawsuit claims the tax service violated its agreement with the Internal Revenue Service by intentionally hiding its free filing service and charging qualifying taxpayers anyway.
