Business Insider reports that Julian Castro is running for President.
But, who is he?
Castro was the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development from 2014 to 2017.
He was the Mayor of San Antonio from 2009 to 2014.
Kamala Harris is his biggest competition.
Those who would be satisfied with Castro as nominee were also satisfied with Harris as nominee in 73% of cases.
By contrast, 33.1% of Castro supporters would be disappointed Bernie Sanders was the nominee.
