This is video footage of highway driving along a 2 lane highway in New York that goes down to one lane because of some type of road work going on.

It is nighttime driving in in-climate weather with a bit of traffic. Proceeding slowly and with caution in addition to being visually impaired by a super blinding bright work light

It didn't help that visibility was bad due to darkness and rain.
