Missy Elliot, Alex Lacamoire And Justin Timberlake Receive Doctor of Music Degrees

While graduations focus on young adults beginning their professional careers, it also honors others with successful ones. Missy Elliot, Alex Lacamoire and Justin Timberlake all got honorary Doctor of Music degrees this year. According to CNN, the three big stars received their diplomas from Berklee College of Music. The school said they were receiving honors for their “achievements and influences in music.” All three expressed their joy and thanks on social media for being honored by the school.
