Comicbook.com reports Ditto, one of the stranger Pokemon, has an equally weird role in 'Detective Pikachu'.

Ditto is revealed to be the true villain of the movie, imitating "human villain" Roger Clifford.

Roger, son of Rhyme City creator Howard Clifford was captured by Ditto, who took over his identity.

Ditto gets to fight Pikachu and Tim Goodman by transforming into many different Pokemon.

'Detective Pikachu' is now in theaters!
