Alleged serial killer Samuel Legg III ordered to undergo psychological treatment for 4 months, judge says

Samuel Legg III, an Arizona man who has been extradited back to Northeast Ohio to face charges linked to a rape from 1997 and a 1992 murder, was ordered to undergo further psychological treatment at his competency hearing Friday morning.
