Cape Town - Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are about to become the proud parents of another baby boy. According to TMZ, the couple's surrogate has gone into labour. The publication broke the news after sister Kourtney Kardashian and mom Kris Jenner taped an episode of The Ellen Show on Thursday with all the Kardashian kids, including Kim's three - North, Saint and Chicago.
