Trump prepares to raise tariffs, further talks begin Unlisted Video

Reuters reports U.S. President Donald Trump said Thursday he was taking steps to authorize new tariffs on $325 billion in Chinese imports.
U.S. officials also began further talks to avert escalating the ongoing trade war.
Chinese Vice Premier Liu He, U.S. Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer and Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin started two days of talks on Thursday.
A 15% increase for tariffs on $200 billion of Chinese goods was due to begin at 12:01 a.m. EDT Friday.
