Business Insider reports Uber priced its IPO at $45 per share on Thursday.
The company previously set the range for its IPO at $44 to $50 in earlier financial documents.
CNBC says the price would give Uber a valuation of $82 billion.
The company will start trading Friday on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker "UBER".
The ride-hailing company is set to be the largest IPO of 2019.
