The hard work and bravery of two Las Vegas police officers will be recognized at a special ceremony in our nation's capitol this weekend. Officers William Umana and Paul Solomon will receive TOP COPS awards on May 12. The officers are being honored for their heroic actions caught on body camera footage last year. Umana and Solomon can been seen going after murder suspects in a high speed chase and returning fire at them through their windshield. Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department says these officers were able to take two deadly criminals off the streets.
