According to Reuters, the markets on Wall Street are in decline again.
On May 9th, the CBOE Volatility Index rose to a three month high for a second time this week.
The volatility index is a gauge of investor anxiety.
By the afternoon, the Dow Jones Industrial Average was down seven-tenths of a percent.
The top market on Wall Street dropped another 185-points, falling to 25,781.
The Nasdaq Composite and the S&P 500 lost about half a percent.
