Actress Hilary Duff and boyfriend Matthew Koma are taking the next step in their relationship! On Thursday, the 31-year-old announced that they were engaged. Along a pic of her engagement ring, she wrote on Instagram, “He asked me to be his wife♥️.” Matthew shared the same photos, adding, “I asked my best friend to marry me... @hilaryduff.” It looks like the proposal took place in New York City, since both tagged the city as their location.
