Tony award winning musical FUN HOME set to open at Shea's 710 Theatre

Seven year-old Jasper Brown is the youngest cast member. He says "the "fun" is short for funeral-so funeral home". That's the setting for the musical that's based on a true story and deals with serious issues. Thirteen year-old Joseph Bielecki says that the children are an important part of the show, adding "the kids are a comedic relief in a serious show." Jane Hereth is ten years old and she admits that being in her first professional productio is a lot of work, but fun too, saying "It was a great experience working with these people." FUN HOME runs May 9th through May 19th at Shea's 710 Theatre. You can get tickets at the Shea's website.
