These scattered showers will diminish in coverage as the day progresses today. With the low pressure system moving right over the Fox Valley on Thursday there will be a wide range of high temperatures with 30s/40s NW & 50s/60s southeast. We should be rid of most of the rain tonight, though a stray sprinkle or shower can't be ruled out in the evening. Lows will be in the upper-30s. Friday we'll see a little bit more sunshine with milder temps returning by the afternoon. The weekend isn't looking that bad at all with a chance of a little rain late Saturday night, and maybe a few morning showers on Mother's Day. We'll have highs in the upper-60s on Saturday and around 60, Sunday. Hang in there. The weather will get better with these warmer temps sticking around into next week.
