Snail eating banana for the first time

The story of this video:

I've started to make macro videos so i wanted to test some gear i had.

I went around the house, it was raining.

I saw a few snails minding their own business, i took two of them, one bigger and a small one because they were snailing around together so i thought they are relatives.

They were scared as a snail can be when a giant takes them, bring them upstairs, washed them, because snails react the same way to fear as humans as far as i noticed, big time, talked to them with a cartoon style voice together with my wife, put them in a jar with pieces of apple and banana.

They literally jumped on the banana ( and the apple ) as it was heaven sent.

I really believe this was their first encounter with a banana ( or apple ) !

I've made a few videos with them in a lightbox one by one.
Here you can see the little one almost flying with the banana piece.

Job done, packed them, and brig them back at the exact spot i took them and left more banana and a few slices of apple.

They were away about 2 hours.

Now i'm thinking of the implications of this in their little snail world.

What are the thinking now?

Are they telling other snails what happened?
