The Ambassador to Japan loves the tiny Pocket Monster so much that he considers him a part of the family!
According to ComicBook.com, Shigeyuki Hiroki is the current Japanese Ambassador to Sweden.
Hiroki recently tweeted out his affinity for Pikachu.
