Denver mayor's race appears to be headed to runoff between Hancock and Giellis

Mayor Michael B. Hancock said Tuesday evening he believes he will face a runoff in the Denver mayoral race against Jamie Giellis, with preliminary results showing him well below the threshold necessary to win a third term outright.
