Walt Disney Studios released its updated film release schedule on Tuesday, spanning the next several years.
**Gambit** was previously scheduled for a March 13, 2020 release but is no longer on the schedule.
Channing Tatum was set to star as Remy LeBeau, the mutant thief who joined the X-Men in 1990.
The film was going to have Gambit leading a mutant crew on a dangerous heist.
