Two men charged in murder of 78-year-old innocent bystander near Lansdowne shopping center

Two brothers were charged in the murder of a 78-year-old woman who was hit by an errant bullet after one man began firing shots across a Lansdowne parking lot following a botched drug deal, Baltimore County Police said.
